Constructed of enameled cast-iron the flat plate is very durable and will never rust. The flat plate design allows for use as a griddle for cooking anything from breakfast sausage and eggs to juicy burgers. Finger access ports provide a means to access and maneuver your grill plate simply and easily. This flat plate will fit on either the right or left side of your grill.
